LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to do utilize Spanish in order to do the following:
Greet and exchange pleasantries with customers;
Assist customers in finding items they would like to purchase;
Explain protocols for the use of restroom facilities in the store;
Provide guidlines for use of dressing rooms;
Conduct a cash purchase at the register;
Negotiate a credit or debit card purchase at the register;
Be able to utilize numbers 0-400 to quote prices of items for sale and to conduct exchange of money when making a sale.
You will also gain a basic understanding of various differences between U.S and Latino cultures that are important to know in order avoid possible misunderstandings.
