Compliment employees
Conduct basic hiring procedures
Explain pay and work schedules
Assist in medical emergencies
Explain and enforce safety policies
Issue over 75 verbal commands and statements for construction sites
Express size and weight of objects or projects
You will also gain a basic understanding of various differences between U.S. and Latino cultures that are important to know in order to avoid possible misunderstandings.
